What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through this site we collect your name, company, email, phone, the service you are interested in, and any details you choose to share in the message field. When you visit the site, our hosting provider logs standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and reliability purposes.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, scope a possible engagement, and, where you proceed to engagement, onboard you as a client. We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry data for marketing campaigns.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to twenty four months from last contact. After that it is deleted unless we have an active engagement or a legal obligation to keep records longer (for example, statutory record keeping required by the Singapore Companies Act, Income Tax Act, or anti money laundering rules).
Disclosure
We do not disclose personal data to third parties except (a) to our professional staff bound by confidentiality, (b) where required by Singapore law, regulator, or court order, or (c) where required to deliver the engagement (for example, filings with ACRA or IRAS where you have engaged us to do so).
Your rights under the PDPA
Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act you may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for the use of your personal data we hold. Send such requests to contact@rengo.sg. We will respond within thirty days.
